Planning... not really

Looks like everyone has been up to interesting things this holidays! While I unfortunately have been holed up in my house gaming or holed up at work checking out stuff... literally. I am so jelly mang!

Went out with mum today. I don't understand why certain individuals find going out with parents bad. I mean with rents you don't have to pay for anything, most of the time, actually. My mum makes ME pay most stuff lol. I took her to have Mappen (I thought it was shut down when I went with Jess but turns out we went into the wrong store!).

I changed phone case to this white one with a butterfly on it it looked SO PRETTY! Goodbye matching phone case with oppa, goodbye oppa actually. Oppa obsession will NOT be a part of my 2012. No moar awkward stalking (or as I liked to call them, coincidental meetings) of oppa, no moar starting conversations with oppa and most of all I am not going to give and gain nothing in return.

So what else have i planned for the year ahead? I already bought all the stationery (just a folder and a sharpie, lol). I want to join Creative Writing because I enjoy narratives and such. Film Club sounds interesting as well. But most of all I have to start going tutoring because I am following hip trends okay not really. I miss tutoring, haven't been relatively near one since year 6.

I need and my preorder for MBLAQ's It's War Album, a Cat Blanket AND a mousepad on yesasia would be SHIPPED OUT on Feb the 5th, BULL! I wanted it before my birthday! Stupid online shopping delivery delays! It was supposed to be here next week! GRRR!

Also, I found out something I wanted to know and has been hyping over for a long, long time. Wow the moment I was told I was like speechless, it felt unreal.

A TF2 Rant with alot of Gamer Language

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GET ME INTO TF2 HUH HIRO. I literally sit in front of the computer, finish my daily routine and BAM log onto steam and play until my damned curfew is up. Not having a life would be a severe understatement right now. And it's not like I'm so pro at it either. Plus most of the Steam population and all my Steam friends are male, you can't even have a decent conversation in-game without them making some kind of sexist kitchen joke.

But I guess I can still rant about the game can't I? Trololol?

Firstly why are there so many darn kids in the game? Like today I was in Dustbowl and this cocky kid was like 'BLU Team SUCKS!' and I was like 'Lol how old are you' and proceeded to ignore him after he said something about something. And it sucks because I can't tell Kids from Chicks because they all sound the same. It's sorta awks if I mistake one for the other as well.

Also, just because I play Pyro does NOT make me a retarded insolent noob. Why so mean to the Pyro? If you're pro you can use any class properly and if you're noob then you can't use any. I don't see why Backburners are so hated upon. If you think it's OP and for noobs why do you still get killed by it huh? And not EVERYONE can get their hands on a freaking degreaser and axetinguisher. Pyro DOES take skill to play, EVERY class does. And besides ain't soldier the noob class? Most of those supposed 'pros' out there are just noobs with sticks up their butts. Who said W+M1 doesn't necessarily work? You can kill off a whole team if you use it properly.

And finally, people who don't appreciate medics. As a medic fan I hate it when people waste my Ubers by not doing anything. Medics are supposed to be protected not abused. Plus pyros never spy-check for us and we have to freaking saw-spam behind us every five seconds just in case we get back-stabbed. And people who call for medics when they're on full health and ain't an Uber class, what the hell? Those stupid red cross icons are really annoying ya'know?

That's about it. BTW Sidyl came over today and I forgot how much fun it is when she comes over and we just talk and laugh about out in-jokes together. I tried to get her to play a round but she kept on screaming and I was like awwww. He literally just stood there for you to shoot him and you still missed. Ahahahahaha.

Too Boyish?

So today Carllu came and we were TF2ing (yes, I've gotten so addicted to that game now it's not relatively humorous.) so it had to be done in my room. I don't understand why a chick would be fine with others in their room doing couple-y things. Anyhow, perhaps my mum is right about the 'I think I've given birth to a guy' thing. I mean if I talk about something I am really interested in I.E TF2 girls would be like urgh I don't know you while guys would be liek OMG lemme add chu on steam steam me you play LFD2 as well and stuff. I know this could be just me though.

It's not a good thing, however. Mum is also right about the 'you'll never get a boyfriend' thing. Sometimes I feel like my own friends treat me differently, not like they're mean or anything dramatic like that but speech-wise different. I compare myself with certain other people and the treatment is definitely different. Instead of the 'ladies first' or 'she's a chick now act manly' I feel more like 'GG on the last game brah' or 'I PWN U BRAH'. This applies to OZ as well, I get treated like a guy and not a chick. Hell even my other chick friends talk to me like they're talking to a guy, THIS IS JUST WRONG GUYS.

I was discussing this with Carllu right, Lucy brought up something interesting. You see how come someone whose name went by Gertrude gets so much more gentlemanly treatment than me? Am I freaking jealous here? And if I, per say, act really girly like Gertrude would I be treated differently? Getting treated differently would be good, methinks. Because there's all this special treatment instead of 'you are mah brah'. But I just CAN'T do it! It's not possible! I've grown up not liking what the chicks are into and it's hard to get back into it. Perhaps it's a puberty thing.

And I've only recently realised this because as I said I've done nothing in the holidays but TF2 and when I activated my voice thing all the guys suddenly treat you differently. Then you compare yourself with commentators like GirlOnDuty you go like wtf how can she be so pro and still so girly. Yeah I miss the whole gentleman thing. And I certainly am not a transgender or les lol CHEONDUNG AH.

I guess it's nice since I at least stick to my girlier side when it comes with oppa yay. This could also explain my infatuation, huh? Moral of the story? How to get a chick... treat her like one.

Resolutions Check-List

I CBB putting up new resolutions considering how I wrote them down in my diary. However I do remember writing one at the beginning of this (excuse me, LAST) year so I thought to myself HEY! For the first time in my life ever I will see just how many resolutions I have fulfilled!

Let us see... I shall copy this from that one blog entry.

1. Get a job HELL YEAH
2. Practice more Flute I kinda did... but I kinda didn't? I did ditch exam after all.
 3. Find a hot guy and glomp him I found a hot guy but I didn't glomp him.
 4. Eradicate my Eclipse Mints obsession And now I'm hooked onto Minties
 5. Get over Koizora and move on, watch more dramas/reality shows rather than anime I got over it! And I watched about 20 dramas (no kidding!) this year so I nailed this one.
 6. Update my Fanfictions before I drown in rotten vegetables Nope, it's still a resolution this year though
 7. Have a huge pajama party for my birthday It was a good memory :)
 8. Overcome my fear of water I never went near water this year
 9. DEFINITELY stop using laptop 24/7 at school and concentrate in class. Aim for straight As No straight As, but defs stopped using laptop.
 10. Organise more outings and get along better with parents Haha, tough one. The outings part was accomplished, so yeah?

Overall, I think I did a good job fulfilling these goals last year. My favourite 2011 moment? Probably my Christmas Party!
